We fund hard money real estate loans for the purposes construction, remodels or investment real estate loans.
To fit our criteria the property must already be owned by an investor or the investor must have at least 75% equity in the property.
We do not provide lending services or mortgage products to owner occupied properties.
The real estate loans we offer cover everything from 1 to 4 rental units, apartment loans up to 30 units, or an investment home renovation and resale. Borrowers who use our service are not charged a pre-payment penalty. We work with real estate investors to provide lending solutions that are designed to close very quickly.
In addition, because we have decades worth of experience in successful real estate acquisition, development and resale, we can frequently assist a real estate investor or developer maximize the profit potential for their investment.
